My family is native to New York City and visited Italy this summer. I came to Testaccio and was the young man helping the big wheelchair into your restaurant in August. Thank you for your help and delicious food for my father and my family. All the food was amazing and you are good people. You should know your food is desired not just internationally but also globally. People talk about your pasta in several languages, even in New York. Do everything exactly the same! Your food is so good it could be as popular as Rome's Roscioli or Florence's All'antico Vinaio in New York if you wanted. Grazie mille

Fantastico. Started off a little slow but service picked up and was attentive throughout. Two different waiters, one for drinks and another for food. The host/head confirmed that everything was okay with us at the end which was a nice touch. Honestly every dish was amazing to me. From apps to dolce, each was superb. I very much like the artichoke which was cooked to perfection, tender and good flavor. Can't go wrong with any of their pasta dishes. The meatballs tomato sauce was succulent, great for dipping your bread also. The semifreddi desert is a must try. There was an issue with double charged for wine but that was quickly resolved. Great atmosphere and enjoyable. I would return.

My wife and I were in the area and were trying to get into another restaurant but the reservations a full so we wandered around and found Felice a Testaccio. This place has been around for a lot of years and we are glad we went here. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They serve good crusty bread to start with along with the oilve oil and balslamic vinegar. We shared the Bufala mozzarella appetizer, I had a green salad and finally tried the Cacio de Pepe for my main course. My wife had the carbonara. I downed a half bottle of the house Chianti which was very tasty. The staff told us they have other locations and are soon opening one in Torino later this year. This place is a gem and great to try.

The food was amazing as well as the service. All the pasta were well cooked. We loved both the cacio e Pepe which has a light creamy taste and carbonara which has a smoky creamy taste from the bacon. Lamb is super good and it's very well cooked and rich but balanced. Omg the potato with the it is soaked with some sauce and I just could not stop eating. The veal with ham is every good too and it's my first time taste veal layered with ham and the taste is mild and nice. The highlight is the dessert semifreddo that is super smooth and super good.

Heard great reviews and had to try it ourselves. And it lived up to the hype. We decided last minute to try Felice a Testaccio so we did not have a reservation. Luckily, they were able to fit us in right before closing. Normally, you'd definitely need a reservation. We ordered the Cacio e Pepe, Breaded Cutlets of Lamb with Fried Zucchini, Carbonara, Eggplant Parmesan, and Tiramisu. Honestly, everything tasted wonderful. The Cacio e Pepe stood out the most. It was the best Cacio e Pepe I've ever had. The tiramisu was also so so delicious. They had great service and spoke English really well. I hope to come back in the future and try more items on the menu!
